About

Hi! I’m Tracey Colson Antee, a wife, mom and creative.  I have spent more than twenty years promoting, preserving and educating people about Creole culture.  My story is one of experiences and journey that I share with groups of five to audiences of over a thousand.  GumboLife was created to establish a community of preservation, family, story and growth.

With over 25 years in the non-profit field I also help people figure out how to get where they’re trying to go. If it’s starting a zero budget homeless outreach program or figuring out how to pull together resources for big impact I can help you. Give me your great idea I will give you a plan. I want to share all of the lessons I carry around in my backpack of life with other people. You never know how a little bit of encouragement or transparency to another person can be literally life changing.

I hope to encourage you to “Explore your Roux”, find your foundation and purpose. Know your story, your goals and that one idea that you’ve always thought about make it happen, it’s hidden in the swirl of a roux that’s just about ready to become something delicious and satisfying. Explore your roux, find out what makes you so uniquely you!
